As you know it’s that time of year again. Tax time! We all have a love/hate relationship with taxes and the IRS but we are required to file and there are a few documents you will need to make sure that happens accurately. Below is a breakdown of when you can expect to receive those tax forms.

The Raymond James and Pershing/APW accounts have basically the same schedule.

The 1099-R (for IRA’s) tax forms will be available to mail out beginning January 31st. However, if you are signed up for electronic delivery you will receive an email from Raymond James for notification when the forms are available.

The 1099-DIV (for non-qualified/Retail accounts) tax forms will be available to mail out beginning February 15th. Again, if you are signed up for electronic delivery, you will receive an email from Raymond James for notification when the forms are available.

The tax forms for any direct business; like Prudential, the Hartford/Talcott, John Hancock, Fidelity, etc., will similarly follow the same schedule. You should be able to see those documents online as well.
